That’s why the FT have decided to expand on our Brussels Briefing newsletter, now relaunched as Europe Express. Who will be contributing?
The newsletter will be edited by Valentina Pop, who has just recently joined the FT in this role after working at the Washington Post as a Brussels correspondent, reporting on regulation and politics. Having covered European affairs for more than 10 years, the polyglot and self-confessed ‘EU geek’ will now work with the FT’s specialist correspondents to ensure that readers are quickly brought up to speed on what is driving the European agenda.
The newsletter will collate expert analysis and news, and highlight important topics including, Javier Espinoza reporting on digital policy changes from within Brussels, Donato Paolo Mancini covering the coronavirus pandemic from Rome and Ayla Jean Yackley reporting on political news from Turkey. Each Thursday, the newsletter will profile a person the FT believes readers should keep an eye out for.
